Amanda (Midge) is a registered massage therapist and a member with ABMP. She is a 2016 graduate of Odessa College in West Texas with over 1000 hours of training. Specializing in deep tissue treatment, therapeutic massage, stress management, pain relief and both sports and medical massage, she is a steadfast advocate for the many benefits that massage therapy can provide to her clients. Tailoring her gifts to each individual’s specific needs, she provides targeted therapeutic solutions for long term healing goals through range of motion gains, ease of movement and repetitive strain injury preventions exercises.

 

Her mission is to create long term positive changes to the body using a firm touch to “melt” tissues rather than trying to force release through excessive pressure, which she believes to be counter- productive to healing. Her calming temperament, integrative technique and passion for this work suits her to perform anything from simple relaxation and stress reduction...to general wellness to focused clinical treatments. Recently moving back to Odessa, she is thrilled to be able to extend her services to to the greater West Texas community. When Amanda is not healing, she is creating art, reading, or camping and kayaking the rivers in south Texas.
